Scheduled services such as hardware upgrades or software installs are billed at the normal rate of $60/hr. During Normal Business Hours. There is a one hour minimum. Emergency services are billed at $125/hr. includes after hours support, weekends and holidays. Emergency Reboots free during regular business hours.  After hours - regualar rates may apply.
